Have-A-Go

Is Archery for me? If you have never shot before and completely new to the sport of Archery this session is for you. With a dedicated GB Archery Instructor delivering a 2-hour session. We will explain essential Safety and Archery Etiquette, the workings of a basic bow and show you how to shoot properly. There will be plenty of time for shooting practice, plus time to answers any questions you may have. 

Existing Archers (GB Archery Members etc)

Are you an existing Archer? Do you shoot at another club? We are open and offering a new indoor location for practice and training to qualified Archers. GB Archery Members, Field and 3D archers all are welcome.

Beginners Course (6 Weeks, 12 Hours)

Our Beginners course will consist of one two-hour session per week delivered over a six-week period. The sessions will be tailored to individual requirements, and will always be delivered by a GB Archery Instructor.

We will loan you all the equipment during the course to meet your needs. You’ll be properly covered by insurance during all your beginner’s sessions. 

Beginner’s courses will be delivered as group sessions of up to six people of all ages from year 7 and up. You’ll receive an introduction to target archery and be taught the correct shooting technique, safety, etiquette and the rules of shooting.

For any future sessions, please do not pay before you have emailed your interest to secure your place to avoid disappointment.

 

Email confirmation will be sent to  reserve your place.

 

Please pay within 24 hours or your place may be reassigned

 

Places will be allotted, first come first served, refunds will not be issued unless changes are notified 48 hours in advance.
